چکیده

Collective self-consumption is driving the transformation of distribution networks towards independently controllable community microgrids. The objective this work to utilize limited heterogeneous flexibilities in system perform grid-support functions evade additional investment on dedicated storage facilities. We propose a cooperative receding horizon control that allows optimal use collective resources over prediction horizon. conventional linear state-space model employed predictive replaced by novel rate-based propagates state derivatives rather than states across horizon, thus eliminating offset errors. proposed strategy with has been applied microgrid frequency problem. illustrated power hardware-in-the loop platform modeling grid-supporting der s. simulations reveal effectiveness comparing solution facility and its replacement distributed flexible resources.
